Queens track program launches the Alter-G Campaign
Royals track kicks off fundraising drive with NCAA Outdoor Championship package
CHARLOTTE, N.C.-With the 2010 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships being hosted in Charlotte May 27-29, Queens University of Charlotte’s men’s and women’s track teams are kicking off a championship fundraising campaign. The Royals are asking fans, supporters and alumni to contribute to the programs and are rewarding them with a package of perks tied to the NCAA Championships.
For a contribution to the Queens track program received prior to May 21, donors will receive a three-day pass to the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships, a ticket to the NCAA Championships Banquet held Wednesday, May 26, a “Take the Lead” book autographed by head coach Scott Simmons, and a UCS (official supplier of NCAA Championships) NCAA National Track & Field Championships backpack.
