CHARLOTTE, N.C.- Conference Carolinas announced the 2009-2010 men's basketball All-Conference teams and Queens' Daniel Bailey (Irmo, S.C., Hammond ) has been named First Team All-Conference. This is the second time the conference coaches have selected Bailey to receive an end of the season award as in 2008-2009 Bailey was named the Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Year.
Head Coaches from conference member schools nominate and then vote on the award winners who represent the best of the best for the conference.
