CHARLOTTE, N.C.- The Queens University of Charlotte men’s lacrosse team is proud to announce that they have signed with GAIT Lacrosse as their exclusive equipment sponsor for the 2010 and 2011 seasons. As Queens begins their quest for a Division II National Championship this spring they will have at their disposal the most functional and innovative equipment the industry has to offer.
Queens has made a commitment to bring championship lacrosse to the Charlotte area. With the addition of the state of the art Queens Sports Complex at Marion Diehl Park the program now has everything in place to take the program to the next level.
Regarding the partnership with GAIT Lacrosse, Coach Fritz had this to say, “With the type of lacrosse programs GAIT Lacrosse has been involved with, and the equipment they are producing, we were impressed and excited to be offered this opportunity. I think this is really the next step in the evolution of our program as we add this final and important piece.”

It is an exciting time for both Queens and GAIT,” said GAIT marketing manager Bryan Bendig. “ As we release our new 2010 product line we are not only excited to outfit the Royals lacrosse program with our great new products but we are proud to pair with Coach Fritz and his players to help develop and grow the sport in the Charlotte area.”
